I don't think so - after all 15.10 is not yet released. But you can 
expect the release of 16.04 at the end of April 2016.

You could start with the upgrade 12.04 -> 14.04 right now. There will be 
no direct upgrade path from 12.04 to 16.04. However I would wait until 
the release of 16.04 and do the upgrades 12.04 -> 14.04 and 14.04 -> 
16.04 directly one after the other.
