Nonetheless, the -devel mailing list is the best place for development 
discussion on Kubuntu itself. KDE software bugs are best going to 
bugs.kde.org, and non-kde bugs should go to launchpad.  That is where the eyes 
are.

For pre-release, there is also the iso qa tracker, for installation and live 
session testing
