plasma on 15.04 unusable

15.04 was the first release in a long time that I didn't recommend using. I
IT about 15 Kubuntu systems for friends and family. I had it on mine only.
15.10 is released and I find it very good and have already upgraded 5 of
them to it and they are all doing fine. I upgraded them from 14.10 to 15.04
and again to 15.10. A couple of those run lts and will upgrade those when
16.04 hits.
