Partitions

I am wanting to install Ubuntu15.10 from a .iso that I burned. I want to 
install it in sdb5. sdb1 is my Data and the sda is Kubuntu15.10. I also 
have Microsoft in there which I am not worried about. I have the 
pictures of the two drives in a Dropbox called Partitions. Could someone 
walk me through moving/renaming the partitions to do this install. At 
this time sdb5 will not open to anything.
