plasma workspace very slow at startup

I can confirm that this happens on my PC too. Desktop amd64/8GB RAM running Kubuntu 15.10 w/backports. I disabled the Bluetooth service and this delay still occurs. I see a message from Yakuake normally while the splashscreen is still visible, but since installing packages from the backports, I see a message from KWallet too after the delay. Is there any way to trace the bootstrap of Plasma 5 to see which processes are taking longest to return?
