Plasma anyone?

Right click the desktop and choose 'desktop settings'.
   Now you should have a window for desktop settings and on the left hand
side should be wallpaper and mouse actions

wallpaper options should have drop downs for 'layout', 'wallpaper type',
and 'positioning'.
  The drop down for layout should say "desktop"
     If you click the drop down for layout that says 'desktop', you can now
select "folder"
 -click apply/OK-

Resume as previously suggested

If, however, you don't see these options, I would imagine it is a bug and
should be stomped
