restoring panel

Howdy Kubuntus & Vulcans,

Installed Kubuntu 14.x updated to 15.04 worked fine.
Mistakenly removed the panel.

How to restore it back ?

*tried:*
1. logged out of KDE into konsole, command line.
2. removed .kde
3. logged back to KDE.
-- no panel.
