windows not preserved across sessions

I second your criticism. I can deal with it on my laptop but at work where
I have 8 desktops and four monitors and start numerous applications when I
login, it is not practical. I will have to wait until this and the ability
to change shortcuts in Konsole are fixed before I can upgrade there.
