Well, what happens on mine is, a icon bearing my
system name comes up in the desktop window, and
when clicked on it runs dolphin with the, "/",
directory displayed in icons. From some of the
replies, I have to say we're learning once again,
that in linux there's a zillion ways to do
anything, and not all of them work for everyone.
