Hey Jerry,

Sounds like you are missing a glibc. Check your software repo which one 
you have, and if you don't have it, install it.

P.S. As you are running 64 bit kubuntu, remark that wine is always 32 
bits and requires 32-bit programs and libraries. So the glibc implied 
here should be 32-bit as well.
