Kubuntu 14.04: no access any more to Skype from Telepathy?

I got 2 options after installing the packages:
skype-dbus
skype-X11

I opted for skype-dbus. After giving my skype path as
/home/sinclair/.Skype/myskypeid it works as expected. did you by
mistake leave out the dot in .Skype ??
