Question about Kernel

Hello Everybody

I have a odd question. I have check on all the Linux system I have on my 
computer. All three have different Kernel. If I saw correct KUbuntu v. 
14.04LTS has Kernel 3.13.0... While Linux Mint 16 has if I remember 
correct Kernel 3.11.0... While Elementary OS v. 0.2 has this one Kernel 
3.2.0-61-generic-pae (i686). I just would like to ask which of them are 
the newest and while does the use different Kernel all of them?
