Paste w/middle mouse button

I should clarify... I did a little experimenting and the the OS seems to
behave as I expect. For example, highlighting and pasting with the middle
mouse button between terminals works as expected. It is Chrome that is
behaving differently. When I installed 14.04 I decided to give Chrome a
good faith effort instead of Firefox. I guess I spend so much time in the
browser I thought it was an OS issue.

So this is a Chrome question, not so much an OS question. Even so, maybe
someone here has a solution. I don't see anything in the Chrome settings
to change the cut/paste behavior.
