KMAIL: Cant send email without a "TO" address

No, I mean I put all my addresses in the BCC and when I click send it pops up 
says that there is nothing in the TO box, do I wish to add someone to that 
field and I hit dont show me again so now, nothing happens untill I put 
someone in the TO box.
