Scan for wireless connections

Nope.  I don't have 'Network Settings', only 'Network Connections'.  There is no way to add a connection from there.   Using aptitude to list all the available packages with 'network' or 'wireless' in the name doesn't bring up anything obvious either.  I've got KDE 4.11.5
