upgrade from 14.04 dailies to final

why kdesudo systemsettings you work as user don't you ?
Actually gnome-3.12 is transparent the only working theme is adwaita.
Metacity exotic doeesn't seem to work or they have put it somewhere again ?
If someone can help me I would like to use theme aqua-v5 round for 
metacity and nickel gtk for theme.
