13.10 vs. 12.04 LTS vs. 14.04 LTS Final Beta

Installing the beta 14.04 and updating to final would be the best option I
think. Only minimal changes to install were as 13.10 would have to be updated
first, then upgraded to 14.04, so you are wasting a bunch of time downloading
and installing packages, and you don't have to question yourself months from
if have you a problem "did the system upgrade from 13.10 to 14.04 cleanly?".
