Where should alpha-testing bug reports be made

Dear Kubuntists,
The subject pretty much sums it up. I have updated to Trusty using
release-upgrader and use it for my usual computer usage. I have ran into a
few glitches that I would have been happy to report, but I have no idea of
where to do so.

The last avatar is whole freezes (have to hard shutdown) during and last
shortly after boot if I use the last linux kernel. Booting to 3.8.0 solves
it.
