it may differ slightly in wording as I use newer version, but you would
add it in the same way:
Settings>> Configure Kmail >>Accounts >>Receiving. Click the Add
button, and look for "pop3 server" or similar.
There is also an Account Wizard under the Tools menu Tools
You might have to set up a default identity in kmail - I can't recall, it
has been a rather long time since I've had to set up mail accounts and
identities, but the account wizard does that as well iirc
