kubuntu cdimage

Hi,

 

I'm thinking of installing Kubuntu om my hp probook.

I've noticed that the live image is updated every now and then.

Is this the version we need to install?  Was the 13.04 version on the
release date not ready and do we need to wait for the moment?

What is currently changing?
