4.10.1 : nepomuk still unreliable

Have pulled down 4.10.1 for raring, erased the nepomuk db *yet* again and let
it do its thing for hours. My procedure for this is:

akonadictl stop
// Wait for all akonadi processes to stop

nepomukctl stop
// Wait for all nepomuk processes to stop

rm -rf ~/.kde/share/apps/nepomuk

reboot

First off the nepomuk feeder does not recognise that nepomuk has started, I
have to reset it before it does. There's a bug report for this if anyone is
interested:
  https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=315985

I let everything grind away killing my cpu for several hours.

File Content Searching:
 - erratic. I have a test text file with key words in it. Sometimes a content
search finds it in Dolphin. Sometimes it doesn't.

Mail Searching
- Same deal. A search for a keyword brought up 3 emails, only one of which was
relevant, and missed quite a few it should have found. When I looked at the
message source for the the two extra emails there was definitely no instance
of the keyword.

Same old basically. So tired of trying to get this stuff working. So tired of
making bug reports that might as well be flushed down the toilet for all the
attention they get.
