External Backup Disk Drive

Charles,

Plugging in the USB (ext drive) after booting the workstation made no difference. There is no indication that a device has been added. "Device Notifier" says "No devices available". On the contrary, if a flash drive is inserted in the same usb port, Device Notifier pops up, as it should.

I am kind of lost..

Thanks,
Ramesh
