The panel, at the bottom of the screen, should have a USB icon by 
default. This indicates when a USB device has been attached. After that 
happens, click on the USB icon and select open with file manager. Then 
sudo Luckybackup from the console.

For some strange reason, the USB icon disappeared from my panel after a 
recent update and so I had to use the cashew to add the widget.
