Hello

I had same issue when running 12.04.
NB : This issue doesn't append still I'm running 13.04
My solution was :

 1. Close web navigators (FireFox and Chromium for me)
 2. Open a terminal
 3. Remove current flashplugin-installer : sudo apt-get purge
    flashplugin-installer
 4. Install new release :  sudo apt-get install flashplugin-installer

Then Youtube videos run properly
