Get upstream to restore KDE3 functionality missing from or broken in KDE4. 
Lest there be any doubt what this means, search bugs.kde.org for my email 
address as reporter or CC. There aren't all that many, but to me, more than

A bonus would be an easy (single click) way to globally disable semantic desktop.
