[SOLVED] How to restore accidentally deleted system tray Desktop Settings icon?

After several reboots yesterday and today all at a sudden Show Desktop 
icon returned back to the widget list and I was able to add it again from 
there.

I think it is some sort of a weird bug. Unfortunately I cannot even to 
report it since there is no way to reproduce it.
