How to restore accidentally deleted system tray Desktop Settings icon?

dude, don't bite my head off over that, I read your post (possibly a little
too fast) and for that I apologize, but you did overreact there. Here's a
tip: don't yell at the people trying to help you out of their spare time.

Anyway back on topic, are you talking about the OTHER blue icon (darker
blue than the kickstart, if so, I believe that's the show desktop (don't
remember for sure, and I might be completely off again, running on 5 hours
of sleep over the past 48 hours or so)
