High CPU load during startup and sometimes after

I got this issue on Arch linux

I solved it installing powernow and setting the acpi to "powersave"

I don't know why, but, by standard, KDE sets and let processor at 100%, getting it hot.

Try set the correct cpufrequency daemons as the processor. intelspeed step or cool 'n' quiet may, after activate on linux, let your processor cool and without high frequencys load
