What's meaning of extra partitions on partion table?

yeah. These partitions were created during kubuntu installing. Using "automatic mode" usually creates a swap.  Swapon or off just activate or no the using of swap partition as swap.

don't using it don't means it will be deleted, just unnused

I never delete partitions after system is working. If the space lost isn't big, use swapon and let the partition "be happy"
