Synaptic integration

Install all suggested and recommended packages too. In Synaptic right
click on the Synaptic package to get a menu with the suggested and
recommended packages.

When using Ubuntu and Debian I prefer Synaptic over apt most of the
times.

But for Kubuntu Saucy and FWIW for Debian stable too, Synaptic isn't
stable anymore :(. I doesn't crash, but sometimes there's the need to
close and open it again, to get rid of false positive inconsistency
errors. Btw. I wonder if Synaptic does interpret pinning correctly.
