Nepomuk errors KDE 4.11

Try this:

nepomukctl start
nepomukctl restart
nepomukctl restart fileindexer

If this didn't help, you might have a corrupt database, so maybe removing
~/.kde/share/apps/nepomuk/repository/main/data/virtuosobackend/soprano-virtuoso.trx

and then

nepomukctl restart

will do the trick.
