Apper problem

Well, it fixed _something_, at least the, "Fix broken packages",
option seems to have fixed some dependencies.  I still don't know what
happened to all those upgrades though.  They didn't have time to install,
and neither synaptic, or apt-get seems to know anything about them.

Weirdness!
