"no proxy for" in browsers kubuntu 12.04

Hello all,

Im having the problem taht "no proxy for" in browsers kubuntu 12.04 is not 
working. Getting site/server not found. This is on all browsers on kubuntu 
12.04. Tried: firefox, chrome, seamonkey.
 All the same. On windows machine I dont have the problem with firefox, IE.

DNS works also correct:

 dig omd.nopanic.local
