Nothing tricky in Userbase: just type the general address
http://userbase.kde.org/, followed by the name of the project, in this
case Akonadi:

http://userbase.kde.org/Akonadi


Of course, if you prefer to search, use the search filed on the top
right, that also helps. And you can browse following various links on
the main page, but in general: wiki base page + Project name should
work in all KDE wikis :) If it doesn't, then please report this to
#kde-www, we will try to improve it.
