os not display in boot menu

dear sir,
      in my PC i have three OS .just i installed Ubuntu 12.04 and then
after i did update.then restart the PC. in boot menu displaying two OS. in
partition manager i can show three OS .all three partitions
are separate.then after why should done this pls any body help me.
