The mysterious disappearing 4.9.3 update

It looks like there are still many packages still stuck in a build queue, so 
it could be a package that failed to build is "holding up" the build of the 
rest of them, which means it is not a complete set of packages yet. It will 
actually be in the kubuntu-updates PPA, not the kubuntu-backports one, at 
least for Quantal.
