The one in "Adjust Date & Time" lets you indicate which time zone your
computer is in.
The "Time Zone" page in "Digital Clock Settings" lists all time zones. The
ones you select will then populate the "Clock defaults to" dropdown. This
dropdown allows you to indicate which time zone you wish the clock to display.
The value "Local" means the time zone chosen in "Adjust Date & Time."
