I was not answering anything in particular (like I am now), so: I
top-posted.  As a matter of fact, I answered to thread, not you in
particular (sorry for clicking reply while seeing your post :P ), I
was expecting an answer from one of the persons with the problem (btw,
do you have it?)

excerpt from sources.list (lots of other entries, just a sample):

deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu oneiric main restricted

So, Ubuntu release name is: oneiric  (small typo on my other answer).
If that's not specific enough: you are an Ubuntu newbie.  FYI: Oneiric
Ocelot is 11.10 (but, of course, you could google for it, instead
wasting this list's members time).

And  "kubuntu ppa", clearly means current KDE release from that
repository (google for it, or, again, if you don't know what PPA is:
you are likely an Ubuntu newbie):

deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/kubuntu-ppa/ppa/ubuntu oneiric main

And my system is on current versions from  for all packages.
