Because the file /var/log/messages doesn't seem to exist on a
ubuntu-system I get this:
root at tuxedo:/home/coolens# tail -f /var/log/messages
tail: cannot open `/var/log/messages' for reading: No such file or directory
root at tuxedo:/home/coolens#
So I guess, there must be another way to accomplish this in Ubuntu?
