convert from Ubuntu to Kubuntu

Kubuntu is just Ubuntu with KDE. I haven't used the Kubuntu Wubi, but
I assume if you install KDE it should work. Here is a nice GUI guide:

If you prefer the command line, this will do:

sudo apt-get install kde-plasma-desktop
