Ah I misunderstood what you wanted. Sorry.
If I wanted that I guess I would put a newline in wherever I wanted it.
Isn't 'H5 Heading' in your example also text? I haven't tried kate, but
I'm surprised that it can distinguish between different sorts of tags and
the text between them. I suppose you could define a snippet that would do
<p>[newline]
instead of just <p>
If your pages are already written in another editor, I guess the only way
is to process them either using snippets or an external program.
