impossible upgrade: kubuntu 11.10

I have exactly the same problem as Errol. Any idea how to solve it?
BTW I got the same error message when upgrading natty, before doing the 
upgrade to oneiric. In the end I just downloaded the deb file by hand and 
installed it without any problems. But now the upgrade to 11.10 will not 
finish...

PS On my laptop with exactly the same sources.list file the upgrade went
smoothly...
