strange update notfification

Hi,

I have kubtuntu 11.04 on x64. Since 11.04 if there are updates for 
packages I get a untranslated notification like

with the two functionless and useless buttons "later" and "reboot". Few 
minutes later the real updates notification with the green gear appears 
in the tray area where I can click and start kpackagekit and do the updates.

Can you please tell me what the purpose of the first notification is and 
how I can disable it?
