For 8.04, the 32-bit kernels, among others, are still being pushed
out. IIRC, the i386 server kernel is a PAE one.
The following are in the repositories since June 6:
Maybe it's a function of the build system that all these versions are
published as opposed to those that are meant to be LTS ones.
