I think it is being worked on by someone, not sure what the status is 
yet.  it's not even in 11.10.
It is available via project-neon, but that runs as a separate login 
session with daily KDE 4,7 builds.

The last rc is avialbale in kubuntu's experimental ppa, and the final 
release should probably be found in the kubuntu-backports ppa I 
think
