cant log in

dear sir,
i am using kubuntu 9.04.newly i upgrade 9.10 .i restart the pc after upgrade
version.but i cant login .the pc asking password i enter the my password
(previous i used) but i cant log in .the display is asking password .which
password will use now .so help me.
