Why does KDE always reset my plasma workspace shortcuts?

Try configuring klipper (right-click on it and press the configuration 
option). There is an area for configuring klipper shortcuts which might work 
better.

4.6.0 here, but I don't have to klipper shortcuts set, so I wouldn't know 
whether this will work in 4.5.5.
