I've been running grsync and rsync as myself.  I just tried running rsync as 
root with the same result.  Before running it, I could write to SEA_DISK.  
Afterwards I can't write to it even as root.  It appears that rsync is what is 
making SEA_DISK read-only.  I make SEA_DISK writable again by powering it off 
and then restarting it.
