Flash Plugin says installed, but prompts for installation in firefox

Hello List,
After running updates last night,  I find that firefox is prompting me to 
install flash plugins when I attempt to play a video, but when I say yes to the 
prompts,  it shows that  "Package flashplugin-installer" is already installed.   
I've tried removing the package and re-installing it from Kpackagekit, but 
that did not help.     

Recommendations?
