Enable debug in Firefox compile

Nils or any one else,

I have lost the ability to choose whether I want FF3.6 to be my
default browser, evan
though in the preferences tab I have it ticked to check that it asks
to be the default
browser,(as now google chrome is) so how can I get it back to asking
that question as I want to be able to use different browsers?
